Our Foundation
Mitchell & Associates Law was founded in 1994 by Robert Mitchell with a clear mission: to provide every client — regardless of their financial position — with the same caliber of legal representation typically reserved for corporations with bottomless legal budgets.
What began as a solo practice in a small office near downtown Phoenix has grown into one of the city’s most respected and well-rounded law firms. Today, our team of ten attorneys and fifteen support staff handles hundreds of cases annually across six core practice areas.

Our Community Commitment
Phoenix is our home. Our team lives, works, and raises families here. We sponsor the Maricopa County Legal Aid Society, volunteer with the Phoenix Bar Association’s pro bono initiative, and provide free legal education workshops at community centers across the Valley.
